No Show and Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide each patient with quality aesthetic care in a timely manner. We have implemented a “No Show and Cancellation Policy” which enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients. Patients who fail to show for their scheduled appointment shall be subject to a no-show fee of $100. In the event of an emergency where prior notice could not be given and you miss your appointment, a one-time exception may be granted.

Patients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment time shall be subject to a cancellation fee of $50. If an appointment is cancelled due to the physician or esthetician being absent, the patient is not subject to a charge. If you know you will be late for your appointment, please call us ahead of time. We reserve the right to charge a $50 fee if there is a need to reschedule your appointment.

We require a debit or credit card to remain on file to charge in the case of a same-day cancellation or a no-show.

Refunds

Refunds on our services are not provided. You may return unopened products in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Exceptions to this policy may occur with the approval of management. All DEVICE sales are considered final.

Children

Children under the age of 12 are not allowed in the reception area or treatment areas. We strive to create a professional atmosphere for all our patients, and we deeply care about the safety of your little ones. If you are coming in for treatment, we kindly ask that you have another adult with you to watch over any children you bring along.

Photos

Photos will be taken before and sometimes after each procedure to track progress and for your medical record. These photos will NOT be used for social media, marketing, training, or teaching purposes unless further authorized by you to do so.
