Pam has worked for St. Louis skin solutions for 2 years, and in that time she has experienced many of the latest and greatest products and procedures we have to offer. Now, Pam is graciously sharing with the world what she loves and why! Here are Pam’s picks of her 5 favorites.

Plasma pen
Pam LOVES plasma pen! She says plasma pen took years off her face and helped her undereye bags. She was previously told somewhere else that she needed a blepharoplasty (eye tightening surgery) but after treatment her results were so good she has said bye bye to the operating room and hello to beautiful undereye with Plasma Pen! This is Pam’s number 1 favorite procedure
Plasma pen works by creating micro injury to the skin causing a tightening effect. After plasma pen you can expect swelling for up to 5 days and small “dots” of scabbing. After care is simple! All you have to do is use the after care products, avoid sun exposure, and “rock the dots” until they fall off on their own.

LaseMd
Pam says everyone can benefit from LaseMd. Almost every skin condition can improve from treatment with LaseMD. Pam noticed improvement in her skin texture and pore size after treatment. She started with a series of 3 and maintains her results with a yearly treatment.
LaseMd is a non-ablative laser that targets water molecules in your skin. It is effective in treatment of fine lines, pigmentation, sun damage, and improvement in overall texture. You can expect very little downtime.

Injection Lipolysis
Pam says that injection lipolysis is one of her favorite things! She treated the fat under her chin and was amazed at how quickly that pesky double chin went away. While she did experience some swelling as expected, the end results are well worth wearing a turtle neck for a couple days.
Injection lipolysis work by injecting a naturally occurring enzyme into targeted areas of unwanted fat in the submental area and along the jawline. This causes fat cell disruption and death.

Filler
Pam has experience with both hyaluronic acid fillers and a class of filler known as biostimulators. Pam explains that she started with getting her lips done with a hyaluronic acid filler called Kysse. It important for people who are new to fillers to first do a “dress rehearsal” with an easily reversible filler. That way if Pam didn’t love it she can dissolve the filler and be back to her original lips. However, Pam loves her lips and says she’s ready to go bigger!
Pam has also added filler to her cheeks and jawline. She loves how her face is lifted and more youthful. She loves to show everyone how her jowls have all but disappeared! The RHA line of filler was the first that pam used to enhance her cheeks and was exited to see the immediate gratification of lifted younger appearing cheeks. She experienced almost no swelling and little bruising.
A Pam pearl of wisdom! When getting treatment with a Biostimulator filler remember to have a little patience. When Bellafil was used to enhance Pam’s cheeks and jawline she noticed fantastic results with no downtime. However, like many others Pam experienced a slight dip in her results after a couple week. Don’t Panic! This is expected. Biostimulators, as inidcated by their name, stimulate your own collagen production. This process takes 3 months to reach full effect. Your patience will be rewarded with beautiful results that last 5 years.

Medical grade skincare
Pam feels on of the best thing she ever did was invest in medical grade skin care. In the past Pam has used Lancome and other pricy commercially available products but nothing came close to medical grade products. Pam’s current regimen is Epionce gental foaming cleanser, lytic treatment, Skinbetter Alto defense serum, and Renewal facial lotion every morning. At night she uses the same cleanser and moisturizer but uses her Skinbetter AlphaRet advanced faithfully Every Night. A Pam Pearl of wisdom: consistency is key, to see improvement in your skin you must stick to your regimen!
