Hyaluronic Acid (HA), the primary active ingredient in most dermal fillers, is a naturally occurring substance that can be used cosmetically to correct moderate-to-severe wrinkles and folds in the skin. However, all dermal fillers are not created equal. Versa is a remarkably homogenous filler due to its advanced wet milling technology and proprietary formula. This means that its particles are uniquely spherical and uniform, providing the perfect balance between smoothness and volume. The spherical particle shape is developed to be accepted by the body and break down slowly over time. For added longevity, Versa exclusively uses premium-quality HA with a notably high molecular weight.
The Juvéderm collection of fillers is made from hyaluronic acid (HA). HA is a natural substance in the skin that delivers nutrients, helps the skin retain moisture and softness, and adds volume.

Over time, natural fat begins to deteriorate, resulting in sagging skin, more prominent wrinkles and a reduction of volume. Restylane Lyft, formerly known as Perlane-L, is an injectable hyaluronic acid gel used to correct volume loss and treat wrinkles in the face and hands. Through nonsurgical injections, Restylane Lyft is specifically designed to add fullness to the cheeks, midface area, and the back of the hands to help complete your aesthetic look.

Radiesse is a calcium hydroxyapatite filler which is injected through a small needle and placed under the skin. Radiesse immediately replenishes lost volume and stimulates the production of your own natural collagen. Results can last a year or more in many patients. Over time, the filler is absorbed and the body metabolizes the CaHA microspheres. This leaves behind only your own natural collagen. This long-lasting product provides results with high patient satisfaction.
Sculptra Aesthetic is an FDA-approved injectable that helps to gradually replace lost collagen — an underlying cause of facial aging — for results that can last more than two years. This injectable is made with a biocompatible and biodegradable synthetic material called poly-L-lactic acid. This material is gradually and naturally absorbed by the body and helps to rebuild lost collagen through a series of treatments administered by a trained specialist. When applied properly, this time-proven filler is perfect for correcting shallow to deep facial wrinkles and folds on your face.
Bellafill is the only dermal filler that stimulates collagen growth long-term to help maintain your youthful appearance for up to 5 years. As we age, our bodies slow down collagen production, resulting in a loss of volume that causes wrinkles and folds to appear. Dermal fillers are used to replace lost volume, but not all dermal fillers are created equal. Bellafill creates a lasting improvement in your skin. Its tiny, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) microspheres are suspended within a base of smooth collagen gel. Once injected, Bellafill immediately reduces the look of fine lines. Over time, your body uses the microspheres to create a “scaffold” onto which your own collagen can develop. This collagen forms a foundation that adds volume to wrinkles and reduces their appearance. These natural-looking results feel soft and smooth for up to 5 years.
Bellafill is the only long-term filler that’s FDA-approved to treat distensible acne scars for up to 1 year. Although your acne may be long gone, its scars can hang around. Bellafill fades these scars by adding volume to them, bringing them to the level of the surrounding skin and keeping them there long-term.
Silikon 1000 was originally developed and used to correct retinal detachments. This filler is FDA-approved for injection to the globe (or eyeball). If warranted, Dr. Miller can decide to use it for “off-label” purposes such as to fill in soft tissue defects in the face. These can be the result of growth abnormalities, injury, or aging. This is a permanent filler and is only used when patients have had success with temporary fillers and are tired of repeat injections. Please note this is an “off-label” indication for silicone and it is never used initially in the treatment process. Dr. Miller has been using Silicone successfully for over 12 years.
Do you have some extra fullness beneath your chin? It could be something you have had your whole life, something that developed over the years, or just something you hadn’t noticed until recently. Well, this fullness has a name. It is a condition called submental fullness, though it is also commonly referred to as a “double chin.”
We offer a double chin treatment called Kybella. This injection works just like deoxycholic acid, which is something your body makes naturally, to absorb fats. Only you and your doctor can decide if Kybella is right for you. If you are bothered by fullness under your chin and wish to avoid surgery, make sure you ask us about Kybella.
