Medical Assistant to Dr. Miller & Client Care Coordinator
Gwen joined the St. Louis Skin Solutions™ team in January 2018, bringing impressive skills and knowledge to the practice. She is a Northeast Missouri State University (Truman) graduate with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a minor in Human Resources. Gwen worked in retail management and customer service before becoming Dr. Miller’s trusted assistant.
Since joining the team, Gwen has obtained her Medical Assistant degree, which has been an enormous asset. Gwen works closely with Dr. Miller’s patients to assist them with their treatment needs. She treats patients who come to the practice for medical weight loss. She finds it personally rewarding to see patients achieve their weight loss goals.
Medical Assistant, Weight Loss Specialist & Laser Tech
Andrea has been a part of the St. Louis Skin Solutions™ team since January 2022. She started in Guest Relations while working on earning her certification as a Medical Assistant. Andrea is a Medical Assistant, Weight Loss Specialist and a Laser Technician. She has a Bachelor of Liberal Studies with double majors in Math and Anthropology from UMSL.
Aesthetic Injector & Weight Loss Specialist
Kim is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Maryville University in 2014 with a Master of Science in Nursing. Kim’s primary background is in Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care. Kim started with Medical Weight Loss and Aesthetics in 2023. She is passionate about helping her patients feel more confident, healthier, and stronger.
Kim is married and celebrating 12 years with her husband Frank this year. They have four beautiful children: Franie (8), Ava (5), and the twins, Henry and Hadley (19 months). “Being a mom is the hardest job I have ever loved. When not watching the kids in their sports, I enjoy Chief’s games, camping, and reading. We also have a 3-year-old goldendoodle named Chief. Can you tell we are big CHIEFS fans?”
Aesthetic Injector & Weight Loss Specialist
Marissa Greer is a board-certified family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from Bradley University in 2023 with a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. Before practicing aesthetics, Marissa worked in Hormone Replacement Therapy and Medical Weight Loss Management. Marissa started at St. Louis Skin Solutions in February 2025 training closely under Dr. Amy Miller to practice aesthetics to provide injectable services to her patients. Marissa continues to participate in her education and learning from leaders in the field.
Marissa looks forward to partnering with each of her patients to achieve the look they feel most confident in.
When not caring for her patients, Marissa enjoys spending time with friends and family exploring St. Louis from the food scenes to sports.
Medical Assistant & Weight Loss Specialist
After a brief absence, Pam returned to St. Louis Skin Solutions™ in February of 2024 as part of the Medical Weight Loss team. Pam earned her Medical Assistant Certification and works closely with Dr. Amy Miller, Kasy, NP, and Kim, NP, to manage patients in the Weight Loss Program. Pam loves working with our patients to achieve their weight loss goals. She is very passionate about our program as it has enabled her to lose 64 pounds herself.
Lead Esthetician & Laser Technician
Lora Bunch is a Licensed Esthetician, Laser Specialist, Certified Acne Specialist, and Certified Medical Assistant. Lora attended the University of Spa and Cosmetology Arts in Springfield, IL, and graduated in 2006. She battled her own skin issues as a child and young adult, which is what drove her to help others. She battled acne growing up and had skin cancer at the age of 20 from overusing tanning beds.
Lora then pursued her career at a day spa and a plastic surgeon’s office. She has spent the last 14 years at St. Louis Skin Solutions™ and has been certified in various laser and device procedures since. Her certifications include treatments like microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, laser resurfacing, (ablative and non-ablative) advanced Plasma Pen. She believes that being up to date with the latest techniques and skincare helps her achieve beautiful outcomes for each patient. Lora creates personalized treatment programs for every patient she sees. Lora’s best skin care advice is to wear SPF every day! SPF = Stay Pretty Forever.
Licensed Esthetician & Laser Tech
Bailey Kopp is a licensed Aesthetician. She attended the Skin Institute in St. Louis, MO graduating in 2018. Immediately after graduating, Bailey joined a dermatology practice in Kansas City, MO. She had the pleasure to train and collaborate alongside three incredibly knowledgeable dermatologists. During her six years there she developed a comprehensive understanding of the skin and its health. This is where she truly found her passion for all things skincare and possibly to blame for her skincare product addiction. Bailey decided to return home to her family in St. Louis and joined St. Louis Skin Solutions™ in August 2024.
Bailey prides herself on helping clients achieve their skin goals by providing the most advanced technologies and sharing her extensive skincare knowledge. She is certified in a variety of treatments including Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermaplane , IPL photofacial and Laser Hair Removal.
Licensed Esthetician & Guest Relations
Ashley joined the St. Louis Skin Solutions™ team as a Licensed Esthetician who graduated from the Skin Institute in December 2017. She found her passion for Aesthetics while working at a plastic surgeon’s office in the area and fell in love with the overall mission of building confidence in others. With over eleven years of combined experience in customer relations and sales, Ashley has the foundation to excel in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. She joined the St. Louis Skin Solutions™ team in September 2023. Ashely brings an exceptional level of personalized care to every treatment.

Meaghan began her career as an elementary school teacher. Her experience in education and curriculum writing set the foundation for her career throughout the years. Meaghan is an experienced Business Manager with a demonstrated history of success that has translated to various industries. She is skilled in Sales, Team Building, Public Speaking, Management (account and personnel), Business Growth, and Marketing.
As a C-Suite professional, Meagan is adept at managing both people and businesses. Meaghan has a knack for team building, and she can effectively create a collaborative and communicative environment with a diverse group of professionals to ensure a highly productive team. Meaghan’s background in education allows her to be a compassionate yet assertive leader.
Meaghan’s plan is focused on growth and expansion. Her goal is to create a multi-year growth plan to expand the footprint of the teams she works with. Her plan includes creating structures for hiring, social media campaigns, community events, forecasting orders/expenses, communication and mentoring, and account management. As a proven leader, she collaborates with the internal and external teams and executives to maintain positive communication and accountability. She fosters relationships with vendors to maximize purchasing and productivity. She oversees and collaborates with the team to manage marketing campaigns, including social media platforms, events, and newsletters.
Guest Relations Manager
Becky joined the St. Louis Skin Solutions™ team in May of 2023. She received her esthetician license in 2008 from the Aesthetics Institute of St. Louis. In 2017, she received a degree in Business Administration, which allowed her to combine her love for aesthetics, customer service, and administrative work. Becky manages the details of Guest Relations and employees behind the scenes. Becky loves building relationships with clients, ensuring they leave smiling.
Marketing Manager & Operations Manager
Jessi joined the St. Louis Skin Solutions™ team in May 2018, starting her journey at the front desk as Guest Relations. Her exceptional skills in customer service quickly earned her the position of Guest Relations Manager. Demonstrating a keen eye for detail and creativity, Jessi also took on managing the practice’s social media presence. She works closely with the CEO, handling all aspects of marketing, event planning, and daily problem-solving, ensuring the practice’s smooth operation and continued success.

Dardenne Prairie Manager
Hannah started at St. Louis Skin Solutions in 2020 working on her college breaks, and she now works at St. Louis Skin Solutions whenever she is not teaching her 5th graders in the Fort Zumwalt school district. Hannah graduated from Southeast Missouri State University in 2022 and is currently getting her Master’s at University of Missouri! She loves working at St. Louis Skin Solutions because she has a passion for skin care, self care, and all things beauty related.
