COVID–19

We are enthusiastic to be able to open again May 18, 2020 and to welcome our clients back to our practice.

We have missed everyone and are so excited to get back to work. But at the same time, we want to be cautious and use an abundance of caution to keep everyone as safe as possible.

As a medical practice we have always placed great importance on the standards of sanitation and safety in our practice. With the Covid 19 pandemic we have put into place additional and necessary protocols to maximize your safety and ours.

We appreciate all of your patience and confidence in us as we navigate this pandemic. We are all in this together. Thank you for your understanding and support,

Drs Miller and staff

Check-in

Please stay at home if you are not feeling well or ill.  We will gladly reschedule your visit.  It is okay to cancel your appointment at any time if you not feeling well at no penalty to you.

We ask that you wear your own mask or face covering when coming in for an appointment and to keep it on all times unless instructed otherwise.  If you arrive at your appointment without a mask, one will be issued to you.  Let us know beforehand if possible if you do not have a mask or face covering.

Please bring your own pen to sign our consents, credit card receipts, checks etc.  If you do not have one a new unused one will be given to you which you will keep.

As part of the social distancing guidelines at work we are trying to keep the number of people at our facility to a minimum.  We therefore ask that you do not bring guests or children to your appointment.

To check in upon arrival call the main phone number (314) 543-4015.

  • We are no longer using our waiting room, so please wait in your car and we will either text you or call you when you room is ready.
  • We will be using our check in and check out areas as entrances and we will tell you which one to enter thru either thru the East or West entrance.
  • Upon entering our guest relations worker will guide you thru our 3 Covid Pandemic questions, take your temperature and we ask that you sanitize your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer that we will provide.
  • At that time we will give you a COVID-19 liability release that must be signed at each visit.

We reserve the right to reschedule your visit or cancel it for any reason.

Please see the Covid 19 3 questions page for full details.

Covid 19 Pandemic Practices

We are scheduling fewer patients per hour to minimize the number of people in our facility and to allow for a thorough deep cleaning of the examination rooms after each patient visit.
